Well, somewhat. But the difference is legitimacy. If someone paid me $50 or more for a download product (which can be completely automated) and it took minutes, well that's just life. If it took hours, well glitch in the system. If it took days... that's neither, that's my fault for being too lazy to check the order queue. Weeks... I couldn't justify that, ever.

I wouldn't be in business if it took me weeks to get stuff delivered, and neither would most places. Imagine if you went to a restaurant, ordered, and they told you it would take 3 weeks to get your food. I know TW isn't JP's priority, and maybe there are extenuating circumstances in any given case, but it's certainly not good customer service either.

This is poor customer service I am a very understanding person but this is going on two weeks now and I know he received the info because I got a return receipt like 4 days ago. I dunno what the hold up is and even if there is a good reason why not drop an email real fast and say so? If I performed like this at work I would be canned.

Have you checked your junkmail folder? Just checking and maybe the spam filter is parsing it out? I will try with JP again. Maybe he forgot, well I will try again for you.

mpaulley were you succesful getting your codes? I'm just on day 3 but if it's going to be a 2 week waiting list I'll contact paypal and have them reverse the charge.

I sent JP a question in a email on October 9th if I remember correctly it took me about 10 days to hear from him. Not to be a sqeeky wheel but my Fiancee is looking to buy me the 80$ package. I assumed my wait time on my email was due to time constraints, however if I purchased a package I would be a paying customer.

My birthday is Sunday and my Fiancee wants to give the server to me as a gift. Is it realistic to assume he will get the codes to me by Sunday if purchased tonight? The OP of this thread has allot more patience than I do as a consumer. Two weeks after purchasing a e-item would be way to long.

*Edit*
Regardless I have submitted my order based on Jp's past performance and involvement with this project. So I guess the clock is ticking for Sunday, at least for me. Can't wait to continue my scripting work on my Borg script!!
