delays in game
When I banged my previous game, I wasn't getting any delays, the ship would just move from one sector to another. Now, with a new bang of a new edit, I am getting this yellow progress bar and then it will make the move. I am playing local for script testing.
What is this? How can I stop it? Do I want to stop it, or are there just some settings I need to change in T-edit? Thanks
PS : Someday I might want to host a game, so I would like to know the best way to use that. I know speed emulation was built in so that you could set server speed so that everyone was getting pretty similar speeds in the game.

Re: delays in game
In TEDIT, menu Z, Game Timing Editor. Option 1, Ship Move/Attack defaults to 1/3rd second/tpw, I think, but it's common for gameops to set this to constant 250 ms, or sometimes faster, though it's not recommended.
