ANSI mainmenu

 ANSI mainmenuWhen using an ANSI main menu on TWGS there is a long delay after it shows the registration information/copyrights and when the menu is displayed maybe 3-4 seconds. This delay isn't seen when the default non ANSI menu is used. Is there a way to remove this delay?

 This is an intentional delay so that the ANSI can't clear the screen before the copyright notice is displayed. Kind of backwards, as most BBSs display this banner before the username prompt.
