What do these settings mean?
Max product regeneration=100
Percentage a port will produce before stopping after being traded down. 100 = 100% so the port will regenerate completely. It was set to 50% the port would only regenerate to 50% more of its capacity.
(Example port has 10,000 max if traded to 0 with 50% regeneration it will only regenerate to 5,000 until someone trades at it agian)
production rate=65
Percentage the port will regenerate in a DAY. So it will regenerate 65% in one day.
Example
Port Sells 10,000 Fuel
Traded down to 0
In one day it will regenerate to 6,500.
About half a day after that it will be at 10,000.

production rate is the % of max a port will regen in one day. If it's 65%, and a port is selling 5000 max, in one day, it will regerate 3250 product.
product regneration is the % of max it will regenerate between visits. For example, if it's at 50%, and you have a port that sells 5000 that is currently at 0, it will only regenerate up to 2500 product until it is next visited, then it will begin regenerating again. I hope this helps explain it.
