 E-probe script txt

I have some e-probe scripts one reads #'s from a file. What I need to know is where to put this txt and how to organize it beacause I'd like to input deadends into this txt.

Are you using probe hunter2 in java for swath ?
if so , then you will need to drop those txt files in your root C: directory.
