I've searched for the TWX program, but have yet to find it. Unless it is TWXProxy?

I was just given advice today to use TWX. I've currently used JTWAT, ATTAC, and SWATH. Haven't registered any of them yet.

try the latest version of ATTAC (4.1.7) very stable and fast. works well with TWX.

When you guys say this program or this program works well with TWX, what are you talking about? How can you use one helper to run another helper, or is TWX not a helper, just a client?

TWX is a proxy helper.. which means-

You connect your regular helper to twx, then twx to the game- it's accually rather simple, and twx pwns! (easy to script)

I follow you, but what does TWX do? I have heard much things about it, but how does it enhance your current helper?

it gives unlimited scripting capabilities the lang to write scripts for in TWX is super easy....all you have to have is an idea of what you want and it can be done...Twx is a lot faster also because with swath scripts it has to run through java and then to the server takes a step longer twx goes straight to the server and zooms

TWX does a lot of other nice things too, and I haven't even used the super advanced TWX 2.0.

It allows you to burst commands (essentially macros) that can be written on the fly without having to wade through different screens to get to an input menu.
It has a database that keeps track of multiple items: enemy fighters, densities, scans, ports, upgraded ports, port percentages, ....
Its an awesome tool, and I'm sure it does a lot more that I've forgotten in the 6 months or so since I've used it.

But I give it two thumbs up and would recommend purchasing a copy if you plan on competing.

heh.. true it can do most things, but I have thought of scripts that TWX can't handle and I'm still working on them with Xide trying to get them to work. To give you an idea of what I mean the one I'm working on now requires 2 sessions of TWX (one connected to the other), and 2 scripts (one script which runs on the 2nd instance of TWX and drives the 1st instance using the terminal menu while loading the 2nd script to trigger off messages recieved in the 1st instance). [:D] This script is very close to being done, and when it is I'll share it everyone.

For the most part though, yes the scripting language is very easy and intuitive to learn.

To use TWX just telnet to yourself using 127.0.0.1 and what ever port you have twx listening for... All this thou should be explained in the read me file that comes with twx... TWX jsut gives you extra fighting power and scripting... As far as swath verses twx... I used to have java scripts just as fast as twx before i deleted them all.. So if you can write java scripts go for it... I don't see the difference in speed... But just remember the java scripts i'm talking about were written from a programmer who persoanlly doesn't share... So most swath scripts out there aren't that fast...

Ask XIDE what scripting lang he gets photon'd with..
