Hello, I'm new to the forum (just signed up 20 seconds ago), I have been playing Trade Wars 2002 since the early 1990's when it was still dial-up BBS's.

I have recently had my interest in TradeWars rekindled, but I can't find any games, or places to play it. Also, I need suggestions on a new Telnet Client that'll work well under Windows XP Pro. I used to use MTELNET, but that's proven unreliable upon reinstallation. Any help rendered would be appreciated. Thank you everyone!

I run a great server no lag time and no rush hour down time ( I do quick Maintenance once a week but down time is only 1-5 min.) I've got 2 games right now one is Eagles Heaven a few quick planet, ship, and alien edits. and one completely orginal stock game ( turns have been increased)

I'm working right now on a turny in capture the flag style it will be a complete edit. this game should be up in a week depending how this new project at work goes. ( I hate being project manager )

As to helpers I would use both Swath and Twgs. I've found they are a great team and semi - easy to right scripts for.

I think what he means is Swath and TWX
They both are great for playing with,
but some players prefer Zoc and TWX.
Either way I think the main part would be to get Twx
and Cherokee scripts as well as all the twx scripts you can find.
Learn to script in twx , its as close as you can get to scripting in english [:)]
