If you want to upgrade your planet to (for eg) a lvl-1. You need lets say 1M (1000 holds) colos. Now, my question is, after you have upgraded the planet and when it is contructing you citadel, is it needed that those colos stay on the planet? Or can you grab them and put them on an other one and upgrade the next planet with the same colos? (and of course makeing 2 citadels with the same colos in different planets).
