Yes it does , and wish it didn't have to be dependant on #SD# to take you out of the game permanetly.
It should block you out when you hit max limit set by SysOp , not #SD# [;)]

Yea, but in reality, a death limit isnt normally reach'd by #SD#'s alone..
Poddings WILL happen.. It's silly to have it where once x deaths(and pods) are reach'd that you'll be booted from the game.. It just means stalemates a plenty

It would mean you had better win before there are shielded planets, because you couldn't afford to moth more than a few times.

poddings should not equal a death. Isn't that the whole idea of an "escape pod"? You are "escaping" death.

Well if the game counts each lost ship as a death , then sysop will have to figure a realistic number taking into account the mothing and such ..

But as it is it counts a death as a death .. is great ..
Unless your the type of person who goes shopping and see a tag $1.00
but feel its good quality and give $5.00 .. if so please come to my store [:D]

What I mean .. is if "Times Blown Up : " means something else.
Then I stand corrected.

I dont think we are debating the "Times Blown Up : " Tag is wrong
we are saying that "Times Blown Up : " is not equal to "Death" and shouldnt be used in the "Death Limit"

So maybe what you need is a death match game , with a desent setting like 15 day delete .. 20 deaths .. and no pods on any ship .. close game.

Then last team standing .. wins ?

You're missing their point. If you have the skill to get away in an escape pod without being #SD#, they don't think it should count as a death for a death limit game. Makes sense to me. As it is, I've seen people eliminated in 6 death limit games who only actually get #SD# once.

Yes , and I've seen players in a 6 death limit game going on there 15th "Times Blown Up : " , and still in game.

Seems what your saying is that there should be 2 variables ,
one for "Times Blown Up : " and another for "Times #SD#"
