Asking Grimy
I thought there was a shortcut phrase or a bride that could be paid to get SAME DAY info from Grimy on a wandering trader. But I forgot this trick. Anyone remember?

Re: Asking Grimy
yup, sure do enter tavern, talk to grimy, ask about "trader", grimy asks for a small payment, then grimy asks "which trader", you give the name, and grimy asks for more cash, you give, then grimy gives you a port number that the trader docked at and how long ago they docked. - 2 ways to block the information (i think)
1.) after trading .... transport to a ship not used for trading 2.) fig the port before docking
Is that what you mean?

Re: Asking Grimy
Bribe only returns information from unfigged ports.
Last I checked, it also works via shipname, which is an issue if everyone has a similar ship name or uses The Merchant Marines.

Re: Asking Grimy
Actually I was told that Grimey tracking works by ship number now instead of ship name. That's something that really can't be tested, maybe JP can elaborate more on it.
