I was ask a question that I can't seem to locate an answer for or I am looking so hard I am missing it.

How can you tell if a ship has Gaurdian Bonus or not?

I know if the sysop runs ProGameAnsi it shows but not all sysops run that script. So is there another way or is it just trial and error testing with a dropped corpie?

Its listed in the ship info in t-edit but not anywhere else a player might find it.

From the editor screen, it's 1 Ship Editor > 3 Settings > L Defensive Guardian Bonus? yes/no

Yea I know I can get it from my own server.

But it would be helpful if it was listed elsewhere otherwise you have to buy a 1 of every ship and test? Seems something like this would be available to the players.... OK well maybe I should post this in the feature request area, maybe replace the Beacon Max: section, I mean really who cares about that.

All of the twa files I am converting to v2.xx will have Vids Make Ansi run on them and when I re-export them the files become part of the twa.

The expectation was that extra settings not covered in the standard ship stats would be provided in a custom ANSI file for the ship, allowing players to learn about ships in the catalog and also the Library. But I am considering adding additional output for ship stats.

When I'm not sure if a ship has the bonus or not, I pop a Corp Planet and then say on fedcom: "wow, I t found $50bucks in sector 100!" ...it usually isn't long before someone comesalong and tries ot take my $50bucks.
