I am running 32-bit Vista and it worked fine no crash, just thought it was a cool way to access certain shortcuts.
Basically open new folder on desktop -> rename folder GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} -> done!
It will change its icon and fill it with useful shortcuts to most system based procedures.
