I am too, Why would anyone play at my server? I guess you would have to ask the users playing now....

You run a public server yet have unwritten rules about
gameplay? So I could come on and spend a lot of time
playing and have someone just send you a message and
'poof' I'm banned? -As apparently happened to Vid-

I will consider you have not read the entire details of the situation. Let me expand

1. Player informed me that a player is taking up one of the nodes on the server causing the server to only have 3 nodes. They stated that it was getting hard to get on the server.

2. I took a look and found a player that would immediately relog into my server every time i kicked him. it only took about 3 seconds for him to reconnect and It didnt matter how many times I kicked him.

3. I only found one solution to remove him from the node. Ban temporary until he turns of the script. ( the rule no sitting on server was born )

4. I had full intentions of removing ban once the player turned off script.

5. Player Emailed me. Complaining about the ban. Informed me that he was the ALMIGHTY 20 year veteran and great friend of jp. He emailed me that he sits on the bbs to convince players to play on his server and he has done it many times.

6. My players send log file of additional information of Vid Kid continuing to log into my server after the ban. They show me a file with him mentioning lagging the server.

After all these facts and especially after Vid Kid told me his true reason to log into my server. I decided as a gameop it was a very good idea to ban Vid Kid.

I dont even know why Vid Kid cares. Why would Vid Kid continue to want to play on Jace's night club? He continues to try to log into my server. Why?

I believe that the ban is good. I dont understand why a gameop of a server wants to play on my server SO BAD . Does he not have any other server to play on?
