Biggest that I felt is Oklahoma was a 4.0, and it basically felt like someone rammed in to the side of the house. Can't imagine what one would feel like that lasted for any length of time. |

I was sleeping when that happened, and it didn't even wake me up. EDIT: I'm refeing to Toyman's earthquake, Which I think was centered near Lawton, OK. I was about 25 miles closer to the center than Toyman. Was working downtown later that day on the 33rd floor of the chase tower, and clients were talking about how bad it was. |

It only lasted about 5 seconds where I was... and we wernt sure what it was. there was a train going thru the yard at the same time.. several people looked out at the train and said..Darn.. train never shook the office like that before.. lol |

My office building has been under construction for 6 years (yes, it is a government building, and a government run job), so we are used the building jarring... when it lasted more than two seconds, we thought the building was finally going to collapse... Then we were relieved it was only an earth quake. |
