How is you type a post, you read it 10 times checking for spelling mistakes, you hit "ENTER" and suddenly 10 words are misspelled!

Write it in word first, run it through the spell checker.

I use Outlook. I always have it running, so I don't have to wait for it to load.

My son keeps telling me there are plug-ins that will add spell checking, or that I could use a browser that has it built in, but I'm too lazy to go look for them.

I sympathize. We lived in the US for 20 yearz, sinse we movd bak to Ireland 5 yearz ago, the spel chekerz dont wurk korrektly animore.
