I believe the TW Passport (not yet fully developed) takes a player's EIS Fourm login as a login to games that are restricted to only TW Passport "holders".
I believe the intent is to eliminate dupe players, and to segment playing styles to game edits suitable for each playing style.
And to eliminate aliases, so players would have to play under their EIS login name, and not choose something random to try to "hide" their identity.
And finally, if a player does not follow the host server rules, we would have the capability to block them from the game.
