Since Some players got in to trouble or where banned from my server for breaking rules that where not that clearly posted I have Decided to grant a full Amnesty to ALL IP's Currently banned on my server. Please Don't Make ME Regret This.

However The Now that the rules are posted they should be followed and respected. I will also post them here to be clear.

Server Rules:

1. No DUPES! Duplicate accounts will be banned PERMANENTLY! No account/PW Sharing. Both Parties accounts will be locked.

2. Be respect full on fed comm/pm/ss channels. While I don't expect you to be priests and nuns, I do expect you to be grown ups. Anything I deem to offensive will result in a censor/warning and then ban.(Common Sense Should Tell You What Not To Say)




Regulated Game Rules:

1. No DUPES! Duplicate accounts will be banned PERMANENTLY! No account/PW Sharing. Both Parties accounts will be locked.

2. All New Players get a 30 Truce. During this time they cannot be
Attacked or invaded in any way shape or forum. This is a regulated Game
If you want to do that this is NOT the game for you. Not to say that
I don't expect to see some combat as this is Trade Wars.

3. No Bug use of any kind. If you are not sure then ask.
No ship or planet buyouts (No Hoarding).

4. This Is A Regulated game. No unprovoked attacks on players or bases
What is A Base? A base is where a player/corp has atleast one upgraded
Planet. Expericnced players should understand that new players don't
always but there bases in the best spot and should take care to avoid
them. Bases that have gone rouge are of course fair game.

5. I see these regulated games as teaching games. A place new or
returning players can come and learn the ropes form the more
expericnced players. I'd Like to see the Vets bring the newbees along
helping them grow into better players.


6. There is also an old saying that goes "Don't Poke The Bear". The SYSOP
is NOT going to going to be a game babysitter. So if you start
something be prepared for the consequences of your actions.


7. No Blockades of Fed space or the Stardock. NO use of anything that
prevents players from entering the game or getting to the Stardock
(IE Dock/Fed Kill).

8. No Defensive Figs in open space. A toll fighter grid of up to 7% permitted outside of bases. Tolls
are expected to be paid. This Doesn't Mean if a player starts killing
your tolls you should kill them. Try to "discourage" them first if
possible. But I would also say that this falls under the "Don't Poke
The Bear" rule as well. Lone Defensive fighters not in bases may be
killed on sight.

9. These rules are clearly posted and The SYSOP expects you to police
yourselves.Ignorance of these rules is no excuse. Violations of these
