It sucks to get old...

Arthritis in my thumb, carpal tunnel in my wrist and now tendinitis in my elbow, all on the right.

Do any other heavy keyboarding geeks suffer from these conditions? If so, what have you found to get some relief?

Doctor says they will operate once I get to a point when I can't stand it any longer. There must be something else?

I just ordered a carpal tunnel sleeping wrist brace and a tendonitis forearm compression ring. Do these really work?
