Up until recently I had to have two mombot colo script to perform certain tasks. It could've been that I wasn't using the correct versions. But I decided to modify the source a little and add a couple things. Maybe this will help someone who has had the same problems I had and maybe get tested a little more rigourously that I have locally on v2. I have only tested it with zbot. It should work with mombot and possibly other bots. The only variables it loads are:
loadVar $unlimitedGame
loadVar $bot_turn_limit
loadVar $turnbase
loadVar $colonist_regen

S: misc - min cols to grab. default is 15

S: [t] - (timed) timed coloniser

S: seconds of delay - Delay you want in seconds

S: [b]warp - type a [b] for bwarp. Twarp is default.

Modifications
-Added a timed milker that will wait until terra has enough time to regenerate full holds of colonists before returning
-Added another timed function that will set its delay based on the turnsbase of the game so you can colonize constantly and never run out of turns. Useful if you have a corpy who isn't doing anything and want them to be productive.
-Added the ability to choose which product to colonize
-Added some reporting features. It will report its progress over SS
