I have a registered version of SWATH, and I've noticed that every couple of days it posts the following announcement when I log into a game: "Using SWATH v2.0 - Visit http://www.swath.net now!" Is there a way to disable this announcement? I checked settings and although there IS a setting to automatically post an announcement, it's unchecked and the checkbox is cleared. Can this be disabled via editing a config file directly, perhaps? Or is it something deeper in the code? |

if you turn the "light bulb" off on start up it disables it. sk |

In the Edit | Preferences the third item is Post Announcement. Try unchecking that box. |

If you are using twx scripts (i.e. Mombot), then you will need to keep the light bulb off anyway. |
