last night i got home from work to find the internet was down cox business has dispatched a technician. sorry for no notice but its not my end. thanks cox business. at least its not residential cable so im not waiting a week for a technician |

I lost my internet connection at 3:15 last night. Cable modem was still connected though. I was able to remote into my friends computer (also on Cox), and he didn't have internet access either. |

Thats about what time i got home. Cox checked the coax and it was fine so they said the modem was bad. Oh well at least its upgraded now with even faster speeds.I could have made them come out at 3am since its businessbut the only thing really running here is twgs. |
