Yay! Off work early today, so I celebrated by setting up my server! Now that my host computer is finally set up, I can take my server off this "trusty" laptop and put it onto a REAL computer!

I just *can't* do stock! I have to tweak it just a little! You'll find this is very reasonably close to actual stock.
Changes include: increased number of ships, increased port/planet density, Gold/MBBS, bubbles, increased starting holds, decreased Ferrengi regen, increased Terran col regen, turn accumulation (turn bank,) and Delays. Things you probably won't even notice until they're gone! Lol!
