You'll never stop people *****ing about anybody in the smack talk area, that is what it is there for. This forum is here for real complaints, serious arguements for dismissal, those sort of things.

I think you are making an assumption based on what it (this forum) means to you.  I think I am doing the very same thing.  Some admin will have to lay it out for us.
