Hmm, not sold on new site yet. Have to find all the featured I used before, and hope they all still work. Kinda liked having the active forums since last visit right up on top where it was easy to see. Kinda have to dig here to find it.

Yeah, could use a few more characters for the signature, as well as a larger window to edit it in. My "senior" eyes don't like that small window.
I really don't care if I'm a noob or not, I guess I do act like it sometimes, I can get over that , but the senior touches a nerve as I just celebrated another unwanted birthday.

Hmm. Other than the fact it seems slower, it works ok for me.

For me I think that there is way
to many side windows and menus and what not, before it was about the forums,
threads, and such; now everything here seems more focused on these side show
things and really only detracts from the point of the forums to these other merely
pointless and confusing functions, options, and what not.
Personally, I would like to see
the forums themselves remain as the focus of this site and do without all this unnecessary
eye candy. Also, of course assuming that all the standard user functions and
options will be included in the new forums with time, and also that perhaps
features such as viewing the next page will be easer to get to?

I think you can hit the little "x" box on the left and right sides and close those out.

Yep you can hit hte little x boxes and close the ones you don't want, and if you look in the side you will see the active threads link, also the portal opens to some of them.

I haven't figured out how to quotes work, but if I could, I would be quoting a few to voice my agreement with them:

The site looks too busy. WAY WAY too busy. ANd the colors are too bright. I liked my old, dark TW forums, where the FORUMS were the focus and not the layout.

Its too "Bubble Gummy". It totally detracts from the charm this place had before and I find myself not comming here as often.

It's growing on me.  Wondering if polls will be forever turned off.  Huge source of drama there.
Is somebody working on different 'skins' that might use some of the old forums colors? 
All in all, strong work on the site so far!!

I will be working on some new skins for the site soon, and then there will be more than the two offered for all.
