go about getting someone to help them out in a game? whats the best way to get a good reliable person to join a game and help u win it??...i would offer to pay someone but the way my wife goes through the money i am lucky to get my $10 allowance every week! any other suggestions??? |

Just ask. Start by listing the Game settings (Turns/MBBS/etc etc) |

Best bet is to ask specific people on ICQ first. Try some of the people you just corped with in TCW for example. |

Get someone with great scripts to help you out and learn what you can bout the scripts. Or.. find an abandoned game and become ruler of the galaxy!! Bethel |

LOL, all reliable are corped already, Dont tell them you have cash, or somthing to give, trust me on this. you just have to play a few hundred games and get to know players. and even then thay wont help you. all you can do is ask and hope you get a bite! |

Kemper had it right, start with the people you teamed with on Corp Wars. ICQ people you know and ask them if they are up for a new game. |

Here are some other hints to get people (generally) to play with you in games. Be nice Be courteous Have a sense of humor Don't take the game too seriously Be a good teammate Be a decent human Don't freak out when things start to go badly in a game Don't play the blame game when you lose Be interesting Have fun |
