This is my new Port Fixer I have been running and added a few updates to what it does.
New :
1) Will move Dock adj to sector 1 , and now returns from Dock
to Fed is random (at the time you run script to set the GAME).
2) You can select to make the port type SSS to BBB or anything in between.
I think that was about it.
