Mean settings
So anyway, as I was perusing Microblaster to steal ideas, I saw this one game with 30K sectors and 250 turns per day (but unlimited time.) The game is pretty old and ripe for the taking! Lol!
It got me thinking though...
Port strength 10%, port density 80%, NavHaz Dispersion 0% (or 1%,) Radiation Lifetime 255 days. Oh, and special starports are invincible.
Colonist Regen Rate of 10 (entering a number from 1-14 will result in 10 cols/day.) It might take a while for players to notice this!
Port Regen of 1 per day. Most players probably won't notice this setting until day two!?
FedSpace Ship Limit of 255. Fedspace photons enabled.

Re: Mean settings
No, most players check all those settings to decide the best way to cash. Since you have effectively disabled red and blue cashing, no one will bother playing.

Re: Mean settings
If fedspace photons are enabled, no one parks in fedspace, so the parking limit is meaningless.
Blues furbing for SDT would be a pain in the butt, but they would just re-write their scripts to sit somewhere quiet, probably half way between dock and the cashing area.
