This Citadel does not have a Planetary TransWarp Drive.  To construct one,
you must first have the raw materials on the planet to build it.

With a fully operational Planetary TransWarp drive in place, you can move
your planets to any sector you defend!  Your white dwarf star that provides
light and heat for your planet is moved as well in the massive TransWarp
field that this awesome engine creates.  The amount of fuel required to
generate this field is tremendous though, and you will only be able to move
your planet once every 9-10 days.





Planetary TransWarp construction on this type of planet requires
the following:


        6,000,000  Colonists to support the construction,
        1,000  units of Fuel Ore,
        1,200  units of Organics,
        1,000  units of Equipment and
        0 days to construct.

I made Just Made a Level 4, but the TWGS tells me I can expect a Level 5!! Where the heck is it??

well considering this is a 0 day upgrade, it may have jumped the 4 and gone to 5, and if lvl 5 is also a 0 day update that MIGHT explain it. Also, since this is a 0 day upgrade, that means this is an edited game. If the sysop made other edits, say to the ansi or text files, he may have put wrong info someplace. I'll take a look but pretty sure my server says the right messages.
