Purely random. Running swath's resource mover script moving colos between 2 planets in different sectors. I'll get the message script interrupted followed immediately by the connection being closed.

Code:
Land on which planet <Q to abort> ? 25
Landing sequence engaged...
Planet command (?=help) [D] S
<Load/Unload Colonists>

Display planet? No
(L)eave or (T)ake Colonists? [L] L
Which production group are you changing?

(1)Ore, (2)Org or (3)Equipment Production? 1
How many groups of Colonists do you want to leave ([250] on board) ? 250
The Colonists disembark to begin their new life.
Planet command (?=help) [D] Q

Command [TL=00:00:00]:[3038] (?=Help)? : 1933
<Move>

Engage the Autopilot? (Y/N/Single step/Express) [Y] E

<Auto Pilot Engaging>

Auto Warping to sector 13800

Sector  : 13800 in uncharted space.
Ports   : Deathus BuyBuyBuyBuy, Class 8 (BBB)
           (Under Construction - 4 days left)

Does the script close the connection or is it just reporting that the connection was closed in some other way?

Are you getting any reports of errors in the game error log? It's possible that there's a crash happening and it's disrupting the script and reporting the closed connection. But if that's the case, I'd expect to see a crash report in the log.

At first, I thought it was timing out after the script failed, then IO watched the script fail and immediately close the connection. I will check the logs and get back to you

Nope, did not throw an error at all. No record outside of me logging off. I scrolled the screen back when it happened in swath and could not find any other reason for the script failure or the disconnect. The script just failed followed by an immediate disconnect.

I also checked to make sure I didn't get dumped for extern but that wasn't the case either.

I am going to try and recreate it. I am running locally (on my own network) so ping is 0. Maybe that has something to do with it?

I intend for the game to function properly with ping 0. I do need to check my work on the move pacing because it seems to be running too fast at minimum delay.

If you can reproduce this, then maybe you could help me get the test set up here so I can isolate the cause and fix it.
