Wow, nice catch, Helix. The difference in density is 682, which is the density of the new pirate, Blackbane. That pirate isn't active in the current release, but I guess it's showing up in density scans. It's in sector 1, but not active. I'll get that fixed. |

This pirate is he capturable or is overly protected like feds? |

I've introduced a new class of characters that are like the Feds, invincible, but potentially there to provide a Fed-like interaction with evil players. These pirates won't do anything in the standard game, but I'm planning to add some extensions where the pirates will play a role, like controlling access to an evil-only ship, for example. |
