I just set this game up today, the 20th to open on the 25th, 5 days from now. This is the menu message: This game will open in 4 days. Game Title: Classic 5k, 800 turns Start Date: 11/25/2011 Start Time: 12:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) Selection (? for menu): |

The number of days reported is from the time it's being reported to the time when it opens, and not just how many days would pass. So for example, if you're checking at 11 pm on the 20th, and it opens at 11 am on the 25th, that's less than 5 full days, and would therefore report as 4 days. It's meant to be an estimate, not an exact time remaining. If it's 11:59 pm on the 20th and the game opens at 12:01 am on the 25th, how many days are there till it opens, 4 or 5? Closer to 4. To make this less confusing, I'll expand it out to show a more precise time remaining. So it'll say something like 4 days and 22 hours rather than just 4 days. |
