Remember this bug?

Can we bring it back? This bug made me a fan of the game. And we have the MegaRob bug, so let's enjoy this one too!

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the "Heir to the Throne" bug, it was a bug that caused a player to "inherit" an old/deleted corporation's assets when forming a new corporation in the same slot. I was completely unaware of the bug when it first happened to me.

It was my first time playing, and I only had my initial planet only, of course. I played for a few days and found another planet that I claimed and forgot about. Since I only used one planet, I had no need to see the list. A few days later, I had forgotten the sector the second planet was in and listed my corporate planets. I was absolutely SHOCKED at the list that just kept scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling... And at the bottom-right was the number "613M."

Haha, I can imagine your bewilderment and wonderment! I've never heard of that bug, but I see how it could have happened.

That makes me think of a Hunger Games edit, where there are numerous loaded planets and ships ready to be found and claimed. And something new spawns weekly, like killer aliens or new powerful ships.

Never heard of Heir to the Throne, but Mega Rob is now a "feature". Check the settings in the MBBS mode games to see if Mega Rob has been enabled.
