Still time to get some practice in. I am going rebang a stock MBBS edit 5k sectors /1.2k turns. It will open at 12noon Eastern time. Everyone is invited to come practice.

I also have a script from boo based on LS's game start but modified extensively by me and Sing. It will set the the ss channel, mow to dock using a random door, join the corp.

Hit me up in a PM if you want a copy for practice.

If you want to chat about it, teamspeak style: ts3.booinc.org

Server address: twgs1.booinc.org:23. Game Z

I need a list of games to choose from...

I understand part of this deal is to choose a random edit, but, I would rather not pick a game that is setup to be an unlim.

Here is a list of edits. http://www.tw2002.info/edits/twafiles.php The only requirements are that the game have 5000 sectors and 1200 turns per day with a 2 day turn bank. and you have to choose from the v1 twa files.

You choose an edit, import it. on the big bang you choose 5000 sectors and a random seed, bang the game.

General Editor 1 (G),
1. set turns for 1200

General Editor 2 (H),
1. set interactive subprompts to on
2. set the game to closed (you will open it manually at game start)
3. set turn accumulation to 2 days
4. turn off ship delays (5 = None)
5. set clear busts every 1 day

General Editor 3 (I)
1. Set death delay to yes
2. Set rob delay to no

Gold Menu 3 (Aliens)
Just delete all of them that are there

You need to export the twa file after you have made any changes to the edit (ships, planets and/or the ones above) and make it available to us on the 31st of March. That is when we, the players, see the edit and its settings. (those settings above are normal for a tourney)

On April 1st, you will open the game. (7-9pm eastern time would be preferred)

If you want to change settings other than those above, have at it. Just remember the edits you choose from already are mostly balanced.

Just to be clear if any member of boo, inc! want to play, they are in the boo group automatically if they want to be. And if we get more people that want to play we will fit them in no matter what it takes.

I just read Cruncher was out until June, Tweety also may not play (but I hope he does).

So we still need a couple of more players to field 2 - 6 man teams and 8 more players for 3 - 6 man teams.

Game starts next monday on April 1st, plenty of time to sign-up
