I would also point out that in the Last 3 "tournament games" cruncher shows up with more players after saying things like she did...

In any case what would you like to see happen? Who do you want me to tell they can't play because cruncher 1) doesn't know how to post a team info correctly! or 2) No one want's to play with so can't get more then 7 apparently any how?

I am not speaking as a player in the game. I am speaking as the promoter of this tournament. I was not originally planning on playing this game at all. Cruncher asked about the team sizes when I originally posted the sign-up sheet, and I assured her that the team sizes would be the same.

As far as my personal playing ability, I am most likely the worst player on my team. All four of my deaths were MY fault, and my last mistake also gave away the location of our SDT site. I am still very inexperienced at playing in a multi-player environment. I am not CEO, and I do not speak for my team.

We never had an 8th player. One of our players decided to play under another name.

We could divvy up 5 extra deaths now that players are even.

We are not going to divvy up any extra death because you messed up ad gave us the impression you had 8 but really could only get 7. Then waited till day 5 to say any thing about it.

As for the difference in player count. I did not promote nor create the rules of the game so in honesty, I was not looking for this.

IMO I do not believe there was malice or deliberate intent to deceive. In the initial post of this thread, Kewl's team has 8 listed and all 8 of his team showed up to the game. Crunchers team did not have a full 8 listed to match the opposing team. I believe the captains should have spoke about this prior to the start (or I should have noticed and brought it up). I will take the blame for not paying more attention to the rules since I am hosting the game. I do not believe this created an unfair advantage as Crucher had the opportunity to get 8 players. Had she gotten 9 players Kewls team would have had to get another player or play without.

My ruling is I will not impose any penalty as I do not feel it is warranted. I understand some may not be happy with my decision but this is the decision.

Honestly, I didn't catch it either. We've decided to play the game as it stands. The win will be that much sweeter with one player short of our opponents.
