Any room to make this edit slightly less tedious?

Even if its just to have more than 300 starting credits :)

The good new is that we are all out of Space Ghost edits. The bad news is we will probably make a new edit just as messed up in his honor!

thanks Hollywood

Loc you up for this?

I remember you Hollywood.

We just need a couple more old washed up players and we could have something here!

It's a fairly slow edit so it'll be 'forgiving' for those who are rusty, no one is going to lock it down on day 1.

I'm not sure I'd say that.

Foton ship costs $47k and photons are $150k. That ship carries a density scanner, and the edit allows protected blues to fire from dock.

A little pricy but for $197k (first time), $150k thereafter, anyone who tries to get back to dock after they go out trading loses all their turns (and most likely, their ship and their cash). Density foton - fun for the whole family.

It all depends, of course, on whether anyone who decides to play would want to do such a thing. I know of some who might, but don't know if they're playing at this point.

Though it would be fun to see if I can get $197k faster than the other teams can get a player with commish to go to dock (or whether they're dumb enough to have non-commissioned players moving).

Fed photons are off in my version of this edit and since im the one who found it and gave it to micro......

its not a "grid wars" edit with the cost of missles thats and the ships that carries them for sure... its a think outside box edit...

They're not off in the one that's currently posted on the tournament page. If that edit as posted isn't valid then everyone's practicing off the wrong edit.

In any case, my point was that it's probably not fair to set the expectation that living through the first 24 hours of any tournament will be easy. That's what I was commenting on.

who is hosting this game?
are not the edits a surprise until the bang?
Tom was proud of these edits, plus it was the 1 tourney I didn't have to hear his mouth.
this is 1 of the few tourneys I have never won.

I'm sure I remember playing this edit too or very similar back in the Dragon Elite days... having 300 credits and HellCat on your tail..

Can you have an OPEN hht practice so we can have a look at the edit in more detail.

Also can I verify: Maximum deaths : 3

LOL, it'll be a short game for me!

ok, Game P - Practice (Truce) is now open. Eight times the turns, so you can test scripts!

I'm new at this, are we allowed to change the death limit?
