Rules & Points System....

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED

1. Duplicate Accounts

Duplicate accounts will not be tolerated. Any team using dupes is in violation of this rule, even if the dupe is not a member of the corp.

Duplicate accounts are primarily determined by IP address. One player per IP address.

I will be using other methods to detect dupes, including proxy detection. Be careful what kind of proxy service you use to play with as well. if two players Have the same IP for any reason Both will be banned. No exceptions or excuses will be accepted. Yes Proxy's, VPS, and VPN's are a loud, but do not take advantage of this by trying to host with the same company I use. Any player on the same host(Hostwinds) will be removed from the game. Its the only limit I am putting on Proxy's so please respect it. I will make the final call on all of these.

At no time is a player allowed to log into another players account.
You may not use Telnet Proxy, Remote Desktop, or any other means to remotely control another players account.


2. Player Conduct

Be Respectful on FED/PM/SS. While I don't expect you to be priests &
nuns I do expect you to be grown ups. Anything I deem offensive will
result in a censor/warning and then A ban(Common Sense should tell you
what not to say).

3. Buyouts of any kind are not permitted. This includes both Ships and Planets.

4. No Bug use of any kind. If you are not sure then ask.

5. MegaCorping is NOT ALLOWED! And will be enforced. How am I defining MegaCorping? As stated before My only real issue with it is uneven team sizes. You can configure your team anyway you see fit(1,2 3, different Corps, whatever) as along as your team's total number of players equals that of the other teams..

6. Sharing resources with other teams is also not permitted. This includes Credits, Planets, Fighters, Ships, Mines, Limpets, And anything else that could be transferred.

7. Once the Teams are set a player may not change teams(This is know as the Vid Rule).

WHAT IS ALLOWED

1. Sharing Intel. You are aloud to pass Intel. on other teams activities to other teams if you feel you must.

2. Alliances between teams is discouraged but permitted as it would be impossible to enforce. This is an ethical grey area. Two teams may team up to kill a 3rd before killing each other if you feel you must. But I only ask that you consider your actions carefully in the spirit of fair play(I know some players have issues talking about ethics and integrity in Trade Wars but I feel it should be mentioned).

THE POINTS SYSTEM

In the event the game goes a full 30 days this points system will decide the winner..

15 points for each Kill(only SD's count as kills)
25 points for the corp with the largest grid.
25 points for the corp with the most fighters.
25 points for the corp with the most colonists.
15 bonus points for each shielded planet that was created by another corporation, and owned by your corporation at the end of the game. Logs must show a planet capture.

In the invent of a tie on points the tied corp with the most Tri-Con Jackpots wins(Just Kidding BH)

In the invent of a tie on points the tied corp with the least deaths wins.

I have the final say on all points and anything that looks odd will be disallowed.

Yes. A Shielded Planet. Logs most so the shields being taken out as well as the Invasion.
