OK I'm looking for a new bubble to build a few planets in and I go to this one on my list. I see a planet is already there, so i decide to see who's it is/what level etc etc. So I land. Forgot i didn't have planet scanner, so thank God no atmosphere cannon. What baffled me is that I am now sitting on a L2 with 151k figs that is not owned by me and I never had to kill a single fig to get there. here is what I see...

From what I can gather, some glitch just let me land. Anyone else ever encounter this? By the way, all sectors numbers have been changed to protect Asimov. This game is still going on.

It's a bug..
I verified it and I'll get the info to jp for a fix..

Quick question for you, did you land right before the upgrade was completed? Maybe it was level 1 when you landed and changed to level 2 as you sat on it and the upgrade took? I had that happen to me before, landed right about the time the upgrade finished and the citidel upgraded to level 2 right after I landed. I was already at the planet prompt. Just like the bug/feature of a player being at the planet prompt as you capture the planet and they can evict you and quickly reclaim it.

It was middle of day. Also Dr. Who...I took off and landed again, but was challenged by the figs on planet. Tried to repeat the landing several time, but no dice. Only happened once.

This has been a leftover glitch from the past.
Where the planet (with scanners) will appear as one level till it has been landed on , then displays current level.

Maybe J.P. will fix it so at midnight all planets will display their current real level.
