I am the Gameop for the barbados game ( http://733ch.myftp.org ), and one of my users asked me the following, and I don't know the answer:

"Explique-moi..

Comment ai-je pu me faire attaquer sur le port 15132, pendant que je jouais??? Cé le StarDock et il est supposé être protégé par la fédération, non?? Comment neon a-t-il bien pu m'attaquer là?"

Loosely translated, this means:
"How could someone attack me at the port in 15132 while I was playing?? That's the StarDock and it's suposed to be protected by the Federation, no? How could Neon have gone and attaqued me there?"

If anyone can help me answer this, please help - I am not experienced enough as a GameOp to actually answer that because I thought what he said was true - protected in FedSpace while on-line if you're blue... are we wrong?

For those of you who want to know and dont have students ICQ. If a blue player reaches over 1000 experience he is fair game to anyone. You can be attacked in 1 at sd or anywhere in the game.

This is not based on max align either so you can have 4.5 mil align and still be safe in fed space as long as you have less than 1000 experience.

if align is 0 to 45000000 and xp 0 to 999 you can safely sit in fedspace (1-10 and SD) to make it easier
