Huge amounts of Cols on Terra

Hey all,
I've been on a few games where people have just insanely high amounts of cols on Terra and I'd like to do the same for mine. I figured out that Cols are viewed as Ore on Terra but when I change it up to 100,000,000 it only goes to 100k and I can't get it to go any higher than that. Also the regen rate only allows me to set it up to 65k? Any suggesstions?

First off, you can only have 10 million colos on Terra...that is also the mox ore amount on a planet....max anything amount actually.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Under tedit menu I, option 1 there is a place to set the Max Terra Colonists. I believe you have to increase that was well as the max ore the planet holds.
