This thread really has a lot of posts and emotion in it. I don't really see a difference which candidate wins the US presidential election. The practice of starting wars with countries over false premises wasn't invented by Bush, and can be seen going back to Pearl Harbour and the bombinb of the Maine. I think it was well stated in the documentary "Orwell Rolls In His Grave" when Michael Moore indicated that future anthropologists will look back on the nation called "The United States of America" and wonder how it was that so many people had only 2 parties to represent them. If you look at some of the leaders in democracy in the world, like the biggest one, India, for example, the idea of two parties to represent all citizens of the country would be unthinkable to them.
Plus, since in the US system, an election doesn't need to be won for a candidate to become president, I don't think the question is so much about who should win, and who will win, but rather, why does the system still exist in its current state? Who benefits? Not the citizens of the USA, and not their neighbours either.

Thank goodness. While i think both of the former canidates were wrong for this country in one way or the other, at the time and position the world is in today i believe we got the better of the two evils in Bush. While i didnt read most of this stuff i did catch something about spending and tax cuts. I will say simply that im more happy with money going into military and national security than were it was going right before Clinton left office, which was to hand out social programs for ppl that didnt want to work. Thats one thing ill give slick Willy credit for, and the only thing The problem with political views is no matter how much you argue, most people will never change their opinion, regardless of how loud you state yours

Well Bone I will contribute to this thread for you and help get it on its way to compete with the Loki thread, and I do think Kerry Sux.
Glad to see Bush win again, and maybe we can get another who stands up for what is right, and not what is popular and get some more things out of the way that count. Can we vote out the deadbeat politicians now?

Well, I give up...Loki wins. It is about time he beat me at something. On another note, my TWGS wont allow connections anymore. Any idea on how to fix that?

Might be a port forwarding problem your routers DHCP server may have assigned a new IP your TWGS.
In laymen’s terms go in your router setup and check your port forwarding settings.
Also you might want to make sure your public IP has not changed click here to check your public IP http://www.whatismyip.com if it has then you might need to update dnsalias.org to point to the right public IP.
If not you can shoot me an ICQ I can try and help you figure out how to fix it.

OO OO my turn my turn!
I didnt read ALL of this thread but let me ruffle some feathers.... Considering that the next upcoming election will be without Bush or Kerry, we can all relax... or can we? I dont think so. Consider this: The next election will be ten times worse than our last fiasco. Oh wait... I know lets have Hillary Clinton run for the democratic ticket... WOOHOO I mean *barf!* Seriously, no freakin way. A woman who speaks to spirits, rocks and old dead wives of previous presidents for political advice... uh doesnt deserve to be in office. Throw her out (I am not being sexist, but it makes me uncomfortable with a woman president. God forbid we someday say Madame President, again not being sexist, just makes me uncomfortable), I just hope the Right-Wingers can come up with something or someone who could be better... not likely as they seem to have been having issues. LOL oh wait they always do. I think this two-party system should be removed or at least have a new party rise up and take form. Such as the republicrats, people who have liberal ways but have some support for business... oh wait, maybe a large majority of Americans are already that. Anyway, I am just spewing out crap here cuz I am bored today and a political discussion seems good to fill me up. So anyway, what do you folks think? Hillary Clinton? Or some Right-Winger? YOU DECIDE....

On the political Spectrum I belong no where, my politics come from somewhere else so I will not associate myself with either. Thank you, l8er

I hope the republicans get John McCain to run for prez. He would beat Hilary twice over because he's liked my republicans and democrats alike.

Bone also try this along with Speeds suggestions, go to start>control panel>administration tools>services>telnet, if the telnet service is started, stop it, not disable it, just stop it, it will interfere with a TWGS set on port 23. But check out the things Speed suggested first, I had a problem with the TWGS not accepting connections before too! And what I suggest to you was my problem.Sometimes when you reboot, it restarts the telnet service and you need to stop it, and sometimes it happens when the computer updates. But check out Speeds ideas first they are usually what causes what you are experiencing.
Also look at your firewall settings if you have a firewall up, you may have to set it to pass though the port, or allow the TWGS to send and recieve info.
