Is it possible to lose 5 million colos over night? I had 32 million yesterday and less than 24 hours later I have 27 million... The game is a friendly building game and there is no combat so I was not invaded. Nor does my corpie play anymore and no one took any planets from me. Could this happen when planets are over populated and they start taking care of themselveS?

Are all the planets the same.
I have seen planets before that had a high Hazard Level and a Low Habitability rating kill off all colies on a planet during 24 hour period.
Maybe check and see if all planets are the same or if one of them is missing all the colies from a certain type.
Verify types of planets and their ratings and you might find the answer.

There is no planet information. However, they are all the same. The game has been running for 65-66 days now and I just found it awkward that all of the sudden i lost that many colos. Who knows. I haven't touched any of the planets in 20 sum days so I guess that could be the reason. BUt, I've played this edit before and the planets that I do have. Have a good habitality rate. They've never lost colos before. The pump them out like rabbits lol

Nope just checked all my planets there all corp. I dunno I'll watch the game a little longer and see what else happens..

If the hazard level is low and the death rate is high, this will happen seldom, but when it does happen there will be a big loss. It's sort of like large earthquake or astroid collision losses.
