This is not an area to debate the pros and cons of proposed features. It is an area for people to suggest new features for either TW or TWGS. I will either add the proposed feature to my planned features list, or explain my reasons for passing on the feature at this time. Features added to the list can be voted on so I can gauge people's interest.

I know TWGS does a fine job of auto-backing up whenever we install a new version, but I'd like to have a feature create a scheduled backup in the directory of my choosing. Such as an external drive on the network, or possibly a "cloud" solution.

I had a script that would do a backup but the only way currently is taking the server offline for about 3 minutes to archive all files. It would be a nice option to have if run during extern basically freezing players from moving or joining in the game until extern is done. Although for some busier games it would be nice if it could be scheduled several times a day doing as options or Full or Incremental.
