I almost feel like turning off negotiation, I mostly run my planetary trade script to keep from producing too much product, maybe I will just focus on creating gun planets, move all of my colonists to them, and block off the trade lanes. I imagine that it is small compared to what some of you have built up, but I have twelve billion credits and forty-one million fighters.
I imagine that I make more money from citadel interest than trading, so haggling makes an insignificant difference.
Without a doubt, Elder Prophet's script is better than SWATH's, unless you do not have the new one after the old one expires!

Since it regularly required user interaction, I went with the built-in script, which just stopped working recently. As often as every trade, it does not negotiate when the port makes its first offer for organics. I looked at how it had negotiated, figured out that the first counter-offer was 108%, and did that until I went back through the log and realized that when SWATH took over, it offered to sell for zero credits, which the port accepted!
So, I just hit [enter]. It would have been easier to turn off negotiation and have my script accept the price than to write this message, but I wanted to know if any of you had any idea why it stopped working.
Have a great day!
