I agree it is a crazy idea, but it still might be fun. I do not have the time it would require to develop an admin script for this type of game.
That being said, temporary alignment changes would have to be allowed. Players would have to have a grace period, but would be penalized the longer they stay unaligned.
This penalty could be based on minutes and/or turns. Each player would loose or gain alignment and/or experience based on the player and corp alignment. Penalties might apply to an individual player or the entire corp. Other penalties could be incurred, like taxing credits, fighters, and/or shields. Penalties for longer infringements could include loss of ships, colonists, and/or citadels, etc...
Clearly this has a much larger scope than I originally envisioned. It would be extremely difficult to implement, and even defining rules that everyone could agree on would be more difficult than defining truce play.
