I only deleted the servers that were down. They go to the graveyard, and microbot keeps checking, and lets me know if it sees any zombies.

Ok, it turns out my Fortigate firewall thought all those servers were malicious and blocked my access to them with the DNS filter.

I tested all of them from 3 different locations, all of which were using the same DNS server that was being filtered by my firewall :/

I should check more often to make sure my server isn't dead. LOL

I don't let Microbot move servers to the graveyard, because I always check them from multiple locations first. All 3 locations I used have DNS filtering and blocked the serves I thought were down.
