I've seen, around the internet, several references to Cherokee's "advanced haggling guide", that apparently is the best source for information on the topic. I haven't, however, been able to track down a copy. The site is offline, and was apparently never archived by the wayback machine.

Does anyone have a copy, know where to get one, or have another source that has the same information?

I just use SWATH's, which randomly stops for no reason.
