Last I checked, the moderators don't have the ability to ban people.

I'm sure they could acquire that ability somehow. I'm saying that a system could be put in place.

My point was that mods only have 1 recourse. Moving the post. (there might be others, but moving is what you use) Moving the post is not much of a deterrent.

Well two actually. We could delete the post, but that causes a chain reaction and then everything falls apart. It's easier to move the topic entirely if it needs to be moved IMO rather than splitting it. My first attempt to split made a mess when I first used that option, so now I just use move for the entire thread. Saves on any explainations or having to draw a map ;)

Yeah... I don't think deleting posts is such a great idea except in the most extreme circumstances.

Personally think Swath is the best GUI interface of all I have tried. Zoc has no visual map. I enjoy the map while hunting etc. Can Swath be better...Sure but I will take what I can get.
