 ICQ? About 3 times a day I get people adding me. They have english names, but next to thier pic, there is nothing but wierd symbols that are almost, but not qite entirely, like letters. Any one else have this problem, or know how to stop it? I block them every time, but its getting annoying.

Re: ICQ? Just keep on blockin em. I have the same problem just not quite a frequent as yours.
