Just wanted to take a momement and say thanks to the staff that servered me well during my term as ADMIN of this site. My strategy was to get GOOD people to be mods and then keep out of the fray. Thats what i felt would best serve the community at the time.
Runaway - Your a pretty aawsome dude. you did your job and even kept an on eye on people who didnt do thier job.
Singularity - What can I say? Your the MAN. You have kept a fairly even temper and have answered more questions about stuff i wouldnt even know where to begin to address.
Misb - Where ya go girl??? I Realise as a 'Smack Talk" mod there might not of been much to do.
Oso - Your a great guy but you dont seem to have the time for this job and you like to fight with other mods in public areas of this very forum. I fired you and took away your access..of course Zentock restored you and you have just been so busy moderating here that i think you should slow down and let other mods do some work. heh, Seriously it was never personal with Oso as a individual i think he is an awsome guy who i would as k to play at my side during any Battle.
While i was there i also tried to get a real Game Rebang op ....But i was Foiled..After asking Sage to resign (and he did) Zentock went around me during the whole"hacking" incidient and RE-hired Sage as a Game op....Now dont get me wrong Sage was always a Good guy to me....always defended the right issues in my eyes BUT as a Game Bang forum Mod..well he sucks.,...He posts plenty of games sure,,,but when other sysops Game bang threads are taken over by innappropiate posts,,,He did Nothing. Instead Runaway would have to let me know and i would have to do his work..OR WORSE  Zentock would do it.
Why wasnt this game op replaced a long time ago? Well Zentock ,,,Zentock...Zentock....
As for me....i feel like i only made a few mistakes..

But i was treated by vulcan BADLY...I woke up one morning and i was accused of being the hacker..all my Admin Access stripped....Then several months later i awake to this message.
We the admin team by majority of decision have decided we are going to make some changes in the administration team and moderation team for this site.
The next day i awoke to my Admin Access being stripped..
Despite what Vulcan says i have ICQ history from JP stating he was never informed and dint agree to havingme removed (after all JP is the one who put me here)
Now i was never consulted or otherwise included in any decisions or thoughts prior to this message.
This is the kind of thing that hurts other people's feelings. But hey its all good because Vulcan owns and pays for everything out of his own pocket here at EIS.. I'm pretty sure he believes JP doesnt have the right to decide what does or does not go on here. It's not as if this is JP's official support site.
Regrets??
I should of gotten rid of Zentock when I had the Chance,, I felt pity for him.. Many Many Many of you people encouraged me to do that. And i should of not listened to everyone who told me to hold my tongue about volitile issues.When i get my second chance I will remove his access as a Admin at the very first opportunity.
Accomplishments? You be the judge...From Smack talk Mod to Admin to being thrown out on my ear.
I've suffered Admins who are so wishy washy they close Smack Talk forums for from FEAR...
I've suffered the whole Sylien thing and pput him in his place when i needed to.
It may look like my time as Admin for the "OFFICIAL EIS FORUM" is done and gone. Looks can be decieving.

When i Return....I'll be making sure i know who the guy in charge is. ( oh and ill remove Zentock and Zilla) and return the mods listed above with the exception of Sage.

1) EIS Is owned by John P

2) Vulcan came to John P's rescue when his project was near dead. He had No resources he wanted to invest to correct the issue and Vulcan ponies up. Not you, not me... Vulcan

3) You have been whining NONSTOP since yesterday in multiple parts of the forum. Your complaints get worse, and allegations get more ridiculous.

4) While I am guilty to now of talking smack doesn’t this belong in that forum?

5) JP offers no known monetary relief for Vulcan’s services, hosting, and time spent on His project.

6) You really have no say in anything around here outside of the fact you’ve been around forever.

7) Vulcan has the right to do as he see's fit regarding this forum until which point this forum is self sustaining. TWGS does not support the website, and I applaud Vulcan for making his resources available for free.

I don't post a lot (mainly to ask questions to improve my openly weak skills) but I read everything here. I have to agree with Kaus on this one.
Seems every post I see by this guy is a whine of one kind or another.

As the newest member of the Admin TEAM, I would like Hello to all who dont know me, and keep the smack to a minimum for the one's that do please. I sat here for the last day or 2 and let SG rant about how he single handed saved the FORUM all by himself from going down to the Moo Moo thing! I hate to burst you bubble SG, but there was alot of Backroom talk and ICQ and emails to Vadis,(Moo Moo) and im sorry but you did relitivly nothing! and as for the FORUM being nice NOW is because of other Backroom talks and such, meetings over the last 6 months
and changes that over time took over. it wasnt a overnite thing, it took time for the changes to take effect. ALL I ever saw you do was POST how your GODS gift to the FORUM and take a BOW for everyone else hard work. the only way you got to be MOD and ADMIN was because JP asked, no one voted for you, wanted you, recomended you. you just got dumped on us, and you cry about not being consulted or had a say in things. when we got you we didnt get a say, we was not consulted. I hope you dont take this as SMACK, but more as constutive criticizum and GROW UP!!!

thats actually true...The Owner of the TWGS software asked me to take over the forum..He didnt ask or call for a vote..he made a decison on who he felt would look after his best intrests..In Americia Buisness owners are actually allowed to do that....Dont worry Zilla Ill be right back where i was sooner then later....and you can go back to promoting some other forum some other where.

Well I don't come here much because well most of the people suck, the game to me is pretty much dead. I will only play if certain people that I respect asked me and then it would only be as a red. But the things I do know is that Vulcan has lied on many occasions to cover his actions to make himself look better. He has lied on many occasions to cover up for his Dear friend Zentock. And to me is just anouther reason why I left, is becouse of people like Vulcan and Zen...

SG you have earned my respect on many occasions, I didn't always agree with you and we head butted from time to time, but always considered you a friend and respected you, and am sorry that Vulcans and Zen's greed has pushed you out.

Their once was alot of people that played TW, most good players are gone, and the reason why is from people like vulcan and zen that run this forum. This game will die as those 2 people won't relinquish control of the forum and will destroy the community even more then they already have.
