You know you're dealing with an old-timer when they talk about Rouge Mercenaries

I don't think TW has called them Rouge Mercenaries since at least the early 90s. Back when I first started working on the game, I changed that to Rogue Mercenaries. I was pretty sure it was a typo, but who knows...

Crap, I was so busy yesterday that I forgot all about this. But this is why 1,000 turns is far too many. You have to be in before your opponents play about 500 turns, or it's much harder to get started.

If SD is blocked, get in at extern (EST) and express run. You've got to learn how to get around SD blocks some day. just a word of advice. Never use 'Door #1' when getting to dock. blockades are standard and should be expected.

I always take the backdoor to SD whenever possible. If it is a tournament game, expect SD to be blockaded, with someone sitting on density foton at dock.
